Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Axess Wallet. If for any reason you’re not, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The wallet must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery confirmation.

We cannot accept returns for:

Items not in their original condition, or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Returns received more than 30 days after delivery.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@axesswallets.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, ship your wallet to our U.S. fulfillment address:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If free shipping was applied, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We’ll gladly replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@axesswallets.com before returning your product.

Shipping Policy

All U.S. orders ship from our warehouse in Traverse City, Michigan.
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Europe: 5–10 business days
Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

You’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Shipping Costs

We offer Free Shipping within the United States.
International shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
