Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Axess Wallet. If for any reason you’re not, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The wallet must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery confirmation.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items not in their original condition, or damaged for reasons not due to our error.

  • Returns received more than 30 days after delivery.
